We sew right in Žilina, so you can be sure of the origin and consistent quality of every piece. Thanks to our own production you can order small as well as large series and resolve changes directly with us, not through an intermediary. Over three decades we have perfected patterns that fit comfortably and do not lose their shape even after repeated washing.
Materials that last through daily wear
We sew our beanies, headbands and neck warmers from cotton jersey with a composition of 96.5% cotton and 3.5% elastane, and complement functional models with PES knit. The stretchy jersey adapts to the head circumference and holds its shape, so it does not slip on children and is not tight on adults. The range covers sizes from 32/34 for newborns up to 52/54 for women and men.
Machine embroidery on TAJIMA machines
We apply embroidery directly to our products, to finished clothing, to a sewn blank and to fabric before cutting. On Japanese TAJIMA machines we can handle logos for advertising agencies, sports clubs and companies with workwear. This way you receive beanies and textiles with your own emblem from a single source, without waiting for an external supplier.
